The best way to fully experience the area surrounding the Tenuta il Nespolo estate, in Moasca (AT).
This experience will focus on Moasca not only as a drink, but also as a taste. The tour will begin with a guided visit to the amphitheatre of rows and vines surrounding the winery, led by Luca Amerio, a young wine producer.
You will have the opportunity to experience the way of thinking and acting on this particular terroir, starting with a visit in the vineyard and ending with a visit to the cellar where vats, concrete tanks, steel tanks and wooden barrels hold the fruit of the company's philosophy.
The highlight of the experience will be the tasting of six wines (on the terrace or in the tasting room in case of bad weather):
- Sah! Chardonnay,
- Temperss Vino Bianco Escamotage,
- Metodo Classico Brut Rosè,
- Vino da Sete,
- Tantevì Barbera d’Asti,
- Blind tasting.
Each wine will be paired with 4-6 typical local cheeses, produced by “I Formaggi di Moasca” using different processes and aging techniques that enhance not only each glass but also the people who care for these gentle valleys.
