Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Da Fabiana is much more than just a farm: it’s a place where tradition meets authenticity.

Our modern barn is home to purebred Sardinian sheep, goats, lambs, kids, donkeys, and two small horses, all of whom bring the place to life with their gentle presence.

Every day we milk the fresh milk and transform it in our dairy into artisanal raw-milk cheeses: little wonders born of farming expertise that slowly mature in our natural stone cellar, where aromas and flavors become intense and authentic.

With our Cheese Experience, we’ll take you on a sensory journey through the aromas of freshly milked milk, the magic of its transformation into cheese, and the tasting of our products, surrounded by nature, animals, and sincere smiles.
