Join us on a culinary journey to discover the flavors and aromas of the cheeses of Romagna. In this taste journey, we will take you through a sensory exploration that pairs cheeses with different characteristics with local wines and our jams.
The tasting will include a selection of local cheeses including the very fresh Squacquerone DOP, with its delicate sweetness, Buciatello di Brisighella, Stanco di Brisighella raw milk cheese, and aged Caprino and Pecorino cheeses, made from the region's fresh quality milk.
Each cheese will be accompanied by a glass of Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC "Marnoso" from Villa Otto Lune, which will enhance the flavors of the cheeses and enrich the taste experience. You will also enjoy a mix of artisanal jams and a selection of local breads, rounding out the experience with a variety of delicious flavors.
During the experience, you will also have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the Covered Market, where you can discover the history, architecture, furnishings, and food and wine thinking of the place, further enriching your knowledge and appreciation of the local culinary culture.
