The wine of Romagna speaks the language of a luxuriant land that runs between the sea and the Apennines, rippling through hills and hillsides designed by the geometry of orchards and vineyards alternating with farmhouses, villages, towers and fortresses.
At the Covered Market, we offer a tasting of Romagna's most famous grapes, Romagna Albana and Sangiovese di Romagna, accompanied by samples of local cured meats and cheeses.
The tasting includes:
- A goblet of Romagna Albana DOCG "Cleonice" - Fiorentini Vini paired with Crostino di lardo di Mora Romagnola and "Bucciatello" (caciotta) from Brisighella, accompanied by Sciocco bread type "0" without salt
- A glass of Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC "Marnoso" Villa Orro Lune paired with "Morabrada" Raisin Sausage Fingerling and Brisighella raw milk "Stanco" cheese (with only Emiliano Romagnolo milk) accompanied by traditional Romagna Piadina
The experience will be accompanied by a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, to discover the history, architecture, furnishings and food and wine thinking of the place.
