Start with a walk through our stables, where sheep and goats live in harmony with nature. We will tell you about their daily life, the care and feeding that make their milk unique.
You will follow its journey to the dairy, where tradition meets craftsmanship every day: you will see how raw milk is used to make Robiola, one of the most popular specialities of the Langhe. Then you will enter our natural cave, where the small cheeses rest slowly, maturing in flavour and character.
The tour ends with a complete tasting: eight fresh and mature goat's and sheep's cheeses, served with honey, jams, crusty bread and a final dessert with ice cream and sheep's yoghurt.
