Are you ready to immerse yourself in the art of homemade pasta and discover the secrets of the famous Romagna cappelletto? The sfogline workshop at the Covered Market is the perfect experience for you! These expert artisans, armed with rolling pin and wisdom, will guide you step by step in the preparation of the real Romagna cappelletto.
Each participant will receive a complete kit with all the necessary tools, including a cutting board, rolling pin and pasta cutter, as well as Molino Spadoni Gran Mugnaio flour, homegrown eggs and everything needed to roll out the dough. The dough will be previously prepared and provided by the sfoglina herself, who will demonstrate and explain how to prepare it at her station.
The sfogline will share with you the secrets of preparing the filling according to tradition and reveal the technique for closing cappelletti "Romagna style". At the end of the workshop, you can take home the freshly prepared pasta, ready to enjoy it with your family and friends.
In addition, the experience includes a guided tour of the Covered Market, curated by the staff, where you can discover the history, architecture and food and wine thinking of the place, thus completing a day dedicated to the tradition and taste of Romagna.
