For over 100 years, the Rosso family has owned the following cru: Cerretta, La Serra, Broglio, Meriame, Sorano, Costa bella, Lirano and Damiano. At the beginning of the 1980s, Giovanni Rosso restructured a large part of the vineyards with ultra-modern planting layouts, designed to produce only high quality grapes.
In 2001, at the age of 27, his son Davide, an oenologist with important experience, decided to personally take care of the vinification and élevage of the wines with a single objective: "The wine must be the perfect copy of its Terroir". The land is the 'magic' one of Serralunga d'Alba, one of the best in the world.
