Baladin Open Garden

Baladin Brewery has its roots in the heart of the Langhe, in Piozzo, where Teo Musso, founder and master brewer, started this venture in 1996. Starting out as a small brewpub, with a makeshift craft plant in a garage, Baladin quickly gained a place in the world of Italian and international craft beer. With a unique vision in taste and image, Teo's goal from the beginning has been to create distinctive beers for the restaurant and gastronomy market.

Baladin's success led to the need to expand production capacity, resulting in the creation of a new brewery on an abandoned 8-hectare site, which is now home to a technologically advanced facility completely made in Italy. Opened in 2016, this brewery is not only a production site, but also a destination for visitors eager to learn about the craft beer production process and immerse themselves in Baladin's philosophy. In 2017, the project was completed with the opening of the Baladin Open Garden, a sharing place surrounded by greenery that celebrates the connection between nature, agriculture and live beer.
