A journey through Baladin beer that concludes with its most iconic dish: the pork shank.
The morning begins at the Historic Pub in Piozzo with a story of the brewery’s origins, followed by a guided tour of the brewery and the Baladin Open Garden. A journey to discover the brewing process, the ingredients, and the philosophy behind craft beer.
At the end of the tour, the experience continues with the Pork Shank Menu, consisting of:
- Focaccia Nazionale of your choice
- Slow-cooked pork shank with Brune beer and red berries, served with the side dish of the day
- Two Baladin beers (0.33 cl) of your choice or two craft soft drinks
- Birramisù
- Water and coffee
