You will receive immediate confirmation of your booking at your email address immediately after purchase.

All you have to do is present the booking confirmation you received by email upon arrival to be able to participate in the experience. Keep it on your smartphone or print it out in hard copy!

You can mention any food intolerance or allergy in the notes field before finalising your booking.

Of course! You may request the cancellation of the experience up to 14 days after the date of purchase but no later than 7 days before the date of use and receive a full refund.

You may change the date of the experience no later than 7 days before the date you set at the time of booking by requesting a voucher of equal value to the purchase price of the experience. 

The voucher may only be used once, no later than 6 months from the date of issue.

Changing and issuing the voucher is only available by logging into your personal NeH Experience area, so you must register in the dedicated section.

Once you have logged in, in the "orders" section, you will find the list of experiences purchased and you will be able to manage the modification of the desired order.

If a cancellation is made by the service provider due to the inability to offer the experience on the date you specified, the provider will contact you to arrange another available day. 

Alternatively, they will offer you a voucher of equal value to the purchase price of the experience, valid for 6 months.

If none of the alternatives proposed meets your needs, we will refund the total amount of the experience you purchased.

All experiences on the NeH Experience platform can be given away!

To give an experience as a gift:

• Click on the "Gift" button
• If you prefer to receive the gift voucher in your email and deliver it personally to the recipient simply fill in the fields with your personal details and complete the purchase as normal
• If you prefer to send the gift voucher directly to the recipient's email address simply fill in the fields with your personal details, check the "Send voucher to recipient" box, and enter the gift recipient's information, who will receive the voucher by email immediately after you complete your purchase

The date of the experience is decided by the recipient.

The recipient of the Gift Voucher can use it independently, booking the experience on the date that suits them best, according to availability on the platform.

The Voucher can only be used once within 12 months of purchase.

No, no names appear on the voucher.

However, each voucher has an identification code and can be used 1 or more times by the recipient, either until the credit has expired and/or until the expiry date.

Unfortunately not! The purchase of an experience with the reservation formula is linked to the account of the person making it and cannot be given as a gift. The booking will have to be managed by the person who purchased it (in case of any postponements due to bad weather, cancellations, refunds, etc.), while the actual participants who will take part in the experience can also be different (with the exception of some experiences which require the names of all participants to be entered). 

 If your intention is to make a gift, a Gift Voucher might be the most suitable solution: the person who receives it will be able to manage the booking of the experience in total autonomy.

If you have received a NeH Experience gift voucher relating to a specific experience, you can make your booking by choosing the date, time and number of people, subject to availability on the platform.

To redeem your gift voucher click on "Buy" and enter your voucher code in the field on the right "enter a voucher". 

If the experience is not to your liking, you can use the gift voucher to purchase any other activity on the platform, following the same procedure as described above.

If the amount is less than the value of the voucher, you may use the voucher code again one or more times, until the credit and/or expiry date.

If the new experience is worth more than the value of the voucher received, you will be asked to pay the difference in the amount at the time of purchase.

All NeH Experience gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Each gift voucher can only be used once.

It will not be possible to use the gift voucher beyond the validity period.
