A constant search for perfection, also due to the presence in the company of Michele Perinotti who is a food technologist, has allowed the most renowned international chefs to choose gliAironi rice, recognising its extraordinary personality in the kitchen: it is no coincidence that we also produce Carnaroli rice for Jamie Oliver. We have recently launched the organic brand Le Grange and are present with our entire range in EATALY outlets. Distribution is through GruppoDAC for the restaurant channel and D&C for the retail channel.
